I tried but nothing happened, even I updated software from service center, but nothing has happened. Samsung is making fool of us.

See, there are many M21 users facing this problem, it is due to a bug in the software dont wrry
samsung will fix that in another update

Is this a Software Issue? and has Samsung confirmed it?  Will it be resolved to be if we downgrade the software?
