My Samsung Galaxy M31 is getting switched off automatically while using.. It needs to connect charger to switch on the mobile. Auto restart is disable in my mobile. It start to happens for me only after Nov 16,2020 update. Very very critical issue. Please resolve and provide proper solution. By this issue, Samsung mobile will not suitable for emergency case.
