Multiple App Crashes in Samsung Galaxy M31

Tried all possible workaround but nothing works out. 

Many apps are crashing in Samsung Galaxy M31 

1. Cleared Cache and able to launch App for only 1 time and then when we close and reopen it crashes again.  Even basic app like Gmail and Icicibank mobile app are crashing. 

2. Tried reset all settings ( Not the factory reset )  - Still app crashing
3. Uninstalled the apps and reinstalled the app from Play store  - Still app crashing

4. Updated the apps manually - Still app crashing

I dont want to factory reset and lose my data because this is not my problem.   I did the phone update as i got
