Mobile heat issue after new updates M53

Guys, am facing mobile heat issue after the recent update. Please let me know what are the things I have to check ?

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Yes same here
I think is due to summer.....but also I think it's a software problem probably
