Mobile Data Getting Changed to 2G

Hello Team,

I am using Samsung Galaxy M31 since May'20... I am using Dual Sim which is Sim1- Vodafone and Sim2- Airtel. I have been very much issues related to Mobile Data under Airtel Mobile Data.

Mobile Data is getting changed to 2G network again and again in every 30 min approx due to which I'm very much problem in using this mobile...

Please please provide some solution  or is there any bug under this mobile than please provide free update on urgent basis.

ya it happens to me on my M30s while using Airtel network
its carrier issue

try these solutions one after other (any one can successfully)
1.check signal strength
2.try to keeping in only LTE mode (not auto)
3.remove both sims and keep only one sim and put 1st sim slot and restart phone and check

That issue already all M31 users facing, there is no sim or carrier issue,

its problem in phone software, i have already replaced sim, upgraded phone software at samsung Ser. centr but no any resolution.

please report to samsung as solution is 4G+ carrier aggregation software update only

samsung has disabled carrier aggregation in M31 which need to be enable in next update

I'm also facing the same problem. It turns into 2G network every 30 minutes. Please ! Solve this.
