Memory Card issue?

I purchased Samsung Company Memory SD Card with high hopes. I was hoping to use Samsung Devices Samsung products. But I'm in trouble buying that memory card. My mobile does not Support 256 GB Memory SD Card. I don't see the File Manager Memory Card. Memory card does not come. I tried my best. In the end I failed. I went to the nearest Samsung Support Center and showed the memory card. They checked and saw something on the computer and said that my mobile would support up to 128 GB. And they showed me the 65 GB Memory SD. 65 GB Memory Card came to my mobile.

Then I called the Samsung Help Center. And I contacted the WhatsApp Support Center many times. They just tell you to go to the SD Memory Card Support Center. But that place is very far away. I will go to that place with whatever money I spend. I can buy two Memory Cards if I spend that money.

You need to fix the Memory Card problem. I have installed two Samsung Devices and found that the SD Memory Card does not come.

I don't have many devices to check the memory card. Memory Card is good or bad. If the software update solves this problem, it should be fixed.

That's just written in the policy. But in reality it works and supports up to 128 GB of memory. Sumsung Company is incorrect. I demand that it be amended.😂😂

Memory card controller is a hardware unit,SoC,System on Chip which decide the maximum memory a phone or any device can support. Software update can't fix the maximum memory card the phone can support.
