Sorryif I am not posting this in the right place. I have bought a Samsung Galaxy M55s phone from Amazon.in website on 18/19 October 2024. I have updated the security patches since then I guess twice. But from the last update my camera started crashing and it is not working now. When I open the app it hangs for a bit then closes on its own. I have tried everything like clearing data, cache, reseting cameta settings, reseting phone but nothing seems to work.
I fail to understand what is the exact issue. There is no liquid or physical damage or whatsoever.
