M55 Camera App is outdated. Kindly update the app to latest version.

I recently purchased Samsung M55 mobile and I was shocked to see the Samsung native Camera app version is outdated. Version 11.0.02.95 (and the it says that is the latest version of software installed)

I am also using Samsung M33 mobile which has Camera app version 14.1.00.75.

I believe that since Samsung M55 carries older version of Camera app (11.0.02.95) it is under performing. 

M33 Camera captures best photos and videos compared to M55 Camera under default settings. Only difference is M33 has newer version of Camera app whereas M55 has older version of Camera app. 


I suggest Samsung to consider this issue seriously and update Camera app to latest version in Samsung M55 model as soon as possible.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. We are taking your valuable feedback regarding Camera issue.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Hello sir just check if your m55 5g device have a system app named com.huaqin.sarsensormanager it can be harmful and cause battery drain and poor experience

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Open your phone’s Settings.

2. Scroll down and tap on Apps or Applications.

3. Tap on the three dots in the top-right corner and select Show system apps.

4. In the search bar, type com.huaqin.sarsensormanager.

Please let me know if you have this app on your phone. It’s important to be cautious and disable it .
