M53 Notification Panel app icon colour

The colour of the app icon in notification panel is not syncing/matching with colour theme that has been selected after August security update

Every app is displaying it's own app icon colour insted of matching with the uniform colour that had been selected from colour pallet as it used to before the August month security update

Clear cache partition and then check again.

Can you guide me how to clear the cache partition? I've cleared the app cache for galaxy themes, but is there anything else I can do?

I've tried it but no luck, the app icon colour in the notification panel still isn't in sync with system wide colour pallet set by styles as it was the case before the update I've received today i.e. August security patch
