M53 - Bluetooth issue post Android 13 update

This is very frustrating, Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from Audio intermittently.  Have tried all solution - reset app preference, network set and all. Basically whatever solution is already provided on other similar posts and none of them have fixed this issue. 

Kindly provide a fix for this, also I don't see anywhere if Samsung has acknowledged the issue, please do provide the details if I have missed it and if such process really doesn't exists then kindly create a page for the same and provide regular updates.

Shocking part is that looks like many devices have been affected with this issue and it has been almost more than a month now and still there is no fix provided. How many days you guys will be in festive mode... come back and provide fix asap.

 

I wish we could take some action legally in such instances because this is not what a customer expects when he buys a product from such a reputed brand.

 

Kindly fix the bug.

Please send feeback report through samsung member app.... i think they dont care about these posts... .. I think lets do it in this way everyone send the feedback and update again in the same post if there is any response...

I'm also facing the same bluetooth disconnect issue in my M53 5G after Android 13 update. This is really annoying.

I submitted error report and got same solutions which are already shared on other similar posts, and worst thing is last option given was to perform factory reset... also if none of them works visit service center... as if we dont have any other work....... anyway just found a recent article which says samsung has rolled out patch for f12 device.. not sure if the link is trustworthy but still felt like sharing it.. here is the link - https://www.google.com/amp/s/samlover.com/2023/01/06/samsung-resolved-bluetooth-audio-issue-via-ota-...

The same problem here we contacted technical support with no technical solution and we went to the Shop and the only solution was to sent the mobile for 2 weeks with no substitution

Worst none of these 2 Chanel knew or aknowledged there was This issue. We feel completely abondonned. Really awful customer experience
