I own an M52 5g unit. Since the last update I'm unable to view my whatsapp media in the 'gallery' and 'My Files' application, please resolve this issue ASAP

Also is any other model having the same issue ?

Samsung is preparing a fixed version and it will be released via FOTA sooner. Before getting fix version, please use a workaround for a while
