M52 5G | Will this charger support 25 watt charging?

Looking for some technical advice from some tech guys out here..

Please suggest if this Mi 33W charger will support 25w charging on M52 5G.? Mi claim that this is PD3 compatible but no information about PPS support

Because samsung charger supports 9V-2.77A, 11V-2.25A which the MI charger doesn't support
