What is the way to take screenshot easily?? I tried volume down & lock its not working?? Also how to take notification panel ss?? Palm gesture is very Hard to use

U can enable palm swipe to take screenshot by enabling it from setting << advanced features << motion and getures.

Just go to safe mode may be it may get fixed

Dont keep on holding vol down and lock. Just press them at the same time and leave

We acknowledge your query. Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Key capture:- Press the Side key and the Volume Down key simultaneously.

* Swipe capture:- Swipe your hand to the left or right across the screen.  

* It is not possible to capture a screenshot while using some apps and features.

* If capturing a screenshot by swiping is not activated, then follow the path:- Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures, and then tap the Palm swipe to capture switch to activate it.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
