updated my samsung m51 for june 2022 update after update i am facing so many issues such as yellow screen tint , battery draining issue and most importantly screen flickering mobile gets switched off any time any may times screen becomes invisible although everything runs in background but i can see only black screen. We invested money in such huge brand and even though we are facing so many issues which is horrible and everytime when we reach samsung support they say its hardware problem but every samsung m51 member facing same issues so how can everyone have same issues with hardware i am sure it is completed a software problem and we want a update to solve the problem
My screen at start was flickering after some days it has turned into white....i can't even see photos, Instagram etc things properly due to colour issues. My photos are appearing to be very bright and white. When I send it to the other person's phone I am able to see it clearly. How to fix this issue?
Even I am facing the same issue with my M51. First it happened in the first quarter of the year immediately after a software update. I went to thecustomer care and they asked me to service the mobile pointing towards an hardware issue. The issie still continued after that servicing. The same is repeating after the recent update this month (Aug 23), screen blacks out suddenly, sometimes on recieving calls and sometimes randomly. This time also when I visited customer care they gave me the same reason of this being an hardware issue. Whereas both the time when this happened immediately after the software update. The screen blacks out and the apps keep running in the background. The issue still persists. The samsung customer care does not accept this as a software issue and also they open the hardware when it is not even needed. Please escalate this and give a resolution because almost a year since I am using the mobile in such miserable condition.
