M51 display issue

2 -3 days ago my m51 phone display colour show some reddish tint and colour shifting at low brightness.. I don't know why this happens but my phone never dropped by me..and other things works properly... please samsung India help me.

There is no physical damage.. service centre tell me to replace the display.. which cost 8k which i can't effort.. please help me
