M51 autofill not working in bank app in secure folder after 3.1 update

There is a problem i'm facing from one ui 3.1 update. I can't use my online banking apps inside secure folder because the applications can't take OTP automatically from the text messages .So i cannot use those apps. Hope you guys will solve the issue as soon as possible.
