My m51 phone display is flickering and yellowish tone on display color turns black to greyish
Also in low brightness displays gets faded
Many of m51 users facing issue .Samsung do know the value of customers . 13 years i am using samsung products .Here after I won't buy samsung products until the issue solved.The issue is
I have done everything from your side still the problem persists .color is changing thats the major issue of your update..Need bugless software ...for resolving this issue....
you are replying with this same reply in each and every post... rather than escalating this issue with the developer team and try to get the bug fix ... escalate the matter to the company.... what is wrong with you people..... each and every M51 user is complaining about the same issue for past 2-3months still no proper solution and statement from the company... how can everyones display have same physical damage all of a sudden this is definitely a software issue which must be addressed immediately !!!
I am also facing same problem after latest software update july 2023. My m51 phone display is flickering and has little green tone. Before update screen was completely black in black background, but now black screen turned into grey or may be it is glowing little.
Same issue I faced I tried everything suggested by customer care even formatted the device but the issue is not solved and no use I think they deliberately did this issue after upadte
