I do believe because, last time when I complaint about the samsung pay mini they told they will take a look and give this feature on next update and they did it.

CA is not planned for 2020 M series(like m51), confirmed with my friends who works in samsung SRI-B banglore, Banglore center does development here in India. So it's 100% sure.
