M35 Fast charging not working

From few days my mobile Samsung galaxy m35 has stopped fast charging. I tried to reset the setting twice still didn't work. I also reset the mobile but still the same issue. I thought it might be fault of charger but same charger is fast charging my another samsung device. 

So this is somewhat software glitch or something which is not only in my device but also many m35 users has reported this.

My friend also has same device and same issue is faced by him. Kindly resolve this asap. I am going to visit service centre for the ultimate solution.

So faster charging is affected by battery / device temperature. If your phone battery is hot above 35deg and close 40deg fast charging is disabled to prevent damage to battery.

This usually most commonly happens during summer season.

To help reduce battery heating faster during charge do the following steps.
1. Remove back cover.
2. Make sure the place where is device is kept during charge is away from direct sun light.
3. Turn of mobile data, and GPS.
4. Don't use your phone while charging, keeping display OFF helps speed up charging.
5. In extreme case of urgency you can turn off the phone and keep for charging with out back case it will charge at max speed.

Make sure you have enable fast Charging option in your devise. If this helps please accept it as a solution.

Isn't this a silly reply.
The option is already on and I also tried switching it on off many time but still won't work. This is a major issue in this device which many users are facing we need a permanent solution for this

Then go to samsung sevice center, I think they can give you better solution

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
