Please turn on dual band in wifi router. 5ghz band gets 2x more speed compare than 2.5ghz and in 5ghz you need to use internet near the router😇. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.😊

Check if your router has dual band turned on.
2.5 ghz is slower compared to 5ghz band, but supports older devices and support wider range.
Dual band offloads the network traffic to least used band ( 5ghz band most likely ) increasing network speed.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. However, we are taking your valuable feedback, We are continuously working to make our products better and more efficient.

Forget the Network: Settings> Connections> Wi-Fi> Wi-Fi network>Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

Kindly reset the network settings. Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset Network Setting.

Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.

Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.
