M33 update and network issue

In Samsung m33 is not getting proper update.

M33 have august update And have some network some time it stuck while calling.

I bought M33 back in last month and I never such issues maybe it have something to do with network provider in your area I use Jio in mY M33 it's fine

I also use jio sim

If jio is working fine for all others in your area and it's nothing fault in network provider then check for any changes in settings if u can't find solution there then hopefully u get remedy from Samsung support
