M33 phone purchased from Shop Samsung app shows as refurbished

As USSD code ##786# for RTN status is blocked by Samsung, I used a third party app to check status. The M33 phone I purchased from Samsung App shows as refurbished. IMEI SV also shows 01 instead of 00. I got the same result testing with another M33 device purchsed a month back from Amazon/ Savex. An A52 phone I bought recently from Singapore shows up ad original on the third party app. 

What could be happening here?

If you bought it from original samsung store,then I don't think you need to worry..

And if your device has received any software updates while installation,it will show sv1

Phone Info App by VNDNGUYEN. You can find the apk online. Seems to be no longer on play store

As sid bhai said if you bought from official Samsung shop, and the box was sealed. No need to worry. These 3rd party apps don't have accurate info regarding warranty and stuff. Only Samsung service center can tell you the exact reliable info.
