Make sure whether there is 5G network in your area or not.
Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is a 5G device with 12 bands. It is already compatible with Jio True 5G. If you have a Jio SIM, you must have got the welcome message after inserting your SIM in Samsung M33.

Our area is already launch jio tru 5g and airtel 5g ultra superfast network but both 5g networking is not connecting our handset

S8r I was using 5g network past from 30 days .
After updating the phone I am not able to use kindly solve this issue .
I have done everything setting reset ,restart ,switch off and ON
