M31s Freeze and Restart Problems

I'm facing screen freeze and restart problem in my Samsung M31s device.

If anyone know about the proper solutions please suggest.

I think you will have to replace the motherboard; this is a common issue in M31S units.

It is caused due to mother problem,need to change the mother board which will coast u around 8k

I have same issue..

Samsung Galaxy M31s phone is stuck at the Samsung Logo screen.

Also, with the charger on, the phone is stuck at the charging logo but not showing any charging percentage.

Please help.
