Actually its carrier issue, at certain times they are providing 2G speeds in 4G network

Kindly perform the below mentioned troubleshooting steps and be assured it would resolve your issue:
1) Enable Mobile data:
Apps screen > Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Mobile data > Select preferred SIM card from drop-down.
2) Please follow the steps to enable data roaming (while in roaming) :
Apps screen > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Enable Data roaming.

 

If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback > Error Report > Attach log file.
