My M31 phone has memory card issues like, the memory card automatically unmounted or doesn't appear in storage section. On reatart it shows and there after for some times it acts automatically as Sd card inserted, then card removed , then sd card inserted and after such may times sd card could not be written. I have already reset the settings also. But no result.....
Remove sd card and connect to pc via card reader remove all file frome memry card to pc and reset memery card and put to your phone first if it not solve that then maybe youe device has error
