M31 Mobile heating issue

I purchased Galaxy M31 8gb/128gb on 4th June. The mobile was working fine till now, but since last 2-3 days I have observed that the back side below the camera is warm while holding the phone for calls. The temperature is around 37-38 degree even when it is in idle mode. I don't play any games, just calls, whatsapp, YouTube etc.. 

I saw some solutions on the forum and tried them but problem is still there. Is it a defect in the mobile, can I get a replacement?

There is an OTA update of 549.7mb (screenshot attached).  I m not sure if installing this will help as previous update had bricked the mobiles of many users. Shud I update my phone or not.

Kindly help to resolve this issue asap.

your phone receive another Software update around 416 mb. install this update maybe solve this issue

I hv received only one update screenshot attached. do u mean after I install this update there wl be another update
