M31 Heating issue while talking on call.

I bought M31 phone from Amazon. I observed  that while talking on call for 2 minutes phone heats up near camera portion on backside.

For heating issue you can do 2 things and lets see

A. Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.
This can Help you little bit more.
But if unfortunately it won't work then last option is

3. "Factory Data Reset" but before that take proper backup.

When this is happening how many bars you can see on status bar.. Generally this happens only when you are using device in low network area.. As it is new device once visit service center and check any issues with hardware..

Ohh yes I was in low network area. After coming home I talked almost 1.30 hrs but no heating issue. I had updated from 2.0 to 2.1 One UI OS. Don't know what causes this miracle. Should I replace my phone?

No replace not needed just reset or reflashing firmware from service center fixes this.. I guess its software glitch from update..
