Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the whatsapp issue:
> Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app).
> Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the call issue:
> Change the Network operator search and check.( Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Automatic/Manual)
> Check using other SIM card in the device, if it works then you may contact your Network Service provider.
