check adapter and cable properly attached or now .remove your charging cable from adapter and attach it again it start working properly

change the charger, borrow same charger from any one and try may be your charger having some issue

If it is taking 2.25-2.40 hrs for charging in switch off condition then it is ok otherwise u have problem in ur device or charger which can only b solved through service center.

1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).

3- Check with another USB cable.

Drain the battery to zero then switch off and then charge 100% This may help.
