The touch of my M30s went unresponsive. I think this is the second time this has happened to me. I was getting calls and notifications but could not interact because the touch was not responsive. I had to do a reboot by volume down and power key.

Did anybody else had this issue with your m30s?

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->touch screen).

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

My M30s touchscreen is unresponsive within 15 days of buying. Cannot do anything after rebooting since screen unlocking cannot be done due to unresponsive touchscreen
