M30s takes too much time to charge

Why my Galaxy M30s takes more than 3.5 hours to get fully charged (0-100%) although I used 15 watt fast charger which was provided within the box with phone.

 It took almost 2.5 hours before while charging from 0 to 100%.

15 watt fast charger is slow as ur battery of phone is 6000 mah n u need atleast of 25 watt charger to charger ur phone faster

before android 10 charging speed is okay
but after android 10 charging speed is too low (m30s)

couldn't get android10 update

ours charger is 18 watts.

I am having 18 watt charger which comes along the box.... before android 10 update phone generally charges from 14% to 100% in 2 hours... but now after update it's taking more then 3.5 hours

bro after android 10 update device started heating a lot than before when charging so charging speed is slow. so i placed my mobile on my laptop cooling pad and temp is between 28-30 and with accu battery i got almost 2071mah avg rating. i attached the screnshot with cooling pad(took 2hrs+) and without pad (took 3hrs+)
