M30s software update android 12 one UI 4.0

I'm been thinking from so many months if my m30s will get the android 12 and one UI 4.0 or no because Samsung said it will get 3 yrs of software updates the phone came with android 9.0 so does it include the one it came with or will it get 3 more updates is it android 9.0 (which came with the phone),10.0 and 11.0 or is it 10.0, 11.0 and 12.0

I would be so happy to hear if it will get the update

If they promised 3 years of Android updates,then you should get 10,11 and 12. The one out of the box doesn't count.
However, I think they meant 3 years of security updates since it is an M series phone.

No brother. The 3 yrs of OS upgrades was for the flagships and some A series devices.

Actually, M30s will get 2 major OS updates and security updates upto 3 years. ( Samsung should make it clear so that customers don't get confused while buying)

I am requesting to the One ui 4 update in SM-M307F since last 2 months .
But no response . Or no action is taken.
Just you reply that - NO OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF UPDATE IS RELEASED. WE HAVE SENT YOUR FEEDBACK.

I'm now tired of hearing this. No action is taken by Samsung.

I only made mistake on buying Samsung smartphone .
