Galaxy MTo do that, Tap & Hold on "Power button" and "Volume+ button" simultaneously until restart the device and then perform "Wipe cache partition" & "Wipe data/factory reset" from 'Recovery mode"
If it doesn't work then download your device compatible latest "Firmware" from sammobile.com and install to your device through "Odin" tool.
