Try to force restart by hard keys. To do that, Tap & Hold on "Power button" and "Volume+ button" simultaneously until restart the device and then perform "Wipe cache partition" & "Wipe data/factory reset" from 'Recovery mode"
If it doesn't work then download your device compatible latest "Firmware" from sammobile.com and install to your device through "Odin" tool.
it's due to bugs in software during updating. you will need to take it to care center and ask them to reinstall software because of bugs. make sure you backup your all personal data before reinstalling software as it gets deleted
