You should talk customer care from samsung member as service centre isn't open due to lockdown

try phone in safe mode if it works properly then do a factory reset.
if same problem then
install firmware using odin
its require pc

Today The Age of my Sasung M30S is just 3 months only..and the Touch Screen did not functioning..Hopeless

Follow the bellow mentioned steps to resolve your issue:-
- We recommend to have at least 20% internal memory free.
- We always recommend to use Samsung authorized screen guard/protective film/tempered glass on the phone.
- Restart the device: Press and hold the Power key > Restart > Again Restart
- Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen

If the above steps didn't work, kindly send us the error log file using Samsung member application by mentioned path in order to examine the exact issue occurring in your device. Open Samsung member app>Get Help>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file


Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
