M30 update to Android Pie with some errors

I have recently received update to Android Pie on Samsung galaxy M30. After update its showing dual or double Phone icon. I am not getting way to resolve or remove that.

I m facing
whenever I open one percent is down.

There may be some apps running in background which is consuming power .. Check settings->device care->battery to check apps battery usage

So the only way i got rid of dual dialer or Phone was doing a factory reset.. Finally it's gone. Samsung customer support team also suggested same after trying few initial diagonistic steps and getting no result.

It's always advisable to do a factory reset after android version upgrade...it will solve most of your after update issues!!
