After the oneui Android 12 update I can't seem to download any mod apks on my phone (galaxy M51), it always shows as 'app not installed' or 'there was a problem parsing the package'. I have tried all the remedies for both of the above two errors but nothing seems to work. This is very frustrating!!

Are you trying to install an app which is already installed?
.
I sometimes face this issue when I try to install an app which is already installed (while trying to update). So what i do is Uninstall the app and then do a fresh installation of new version.
.
Try this way if it helps... But keep in mind that app data might get erased.
