Galaxy MI have been using Samsung since last 7 years, and I must clear beforehand that my complaint isn't against the brand. Samsung has given me the best service over the years. I purchased Samsung m21 a year back, it was going fine. Until one fine morning, I found a purple spot in my set. Being a Samsung user this problem was faced by me for the very first time. I didn't pay attention to it, until it started spreading. I was really disappointed amd had to take my set in the service center. No matter what everyone says, replacing a Samsung will cost you a fortune. It costed me 4.5k to get it replaced. The people from service center told me that it surely got some pressure for which this happened. Although I wasn't sure of it but I still chose to believe. Not even after a month, I discovered another spot on my screen. And it was exactly like the last time. Anyone reading this will understand that everyone with a sane mind will take the best care of their mobile phone after getting it repaired with 4.5 k. And I did the same. No it did not fall, it did not get any sort of physical damage. I don't believe that this problem was caused by my negligence this time. I strongly believe this very model ( Samsung M21) has got serious issues with it and I am utterly disappointed with the service this phone has given me. This problem can't be fixed without a display change. I am sorry if the one reading this comment is facing the same. Either throw your phone or get it replaced and don't recover this very phone to anyone ever. Nevertheless, Samsung is and will always be one of the best.
