This phone is having Heating issue and as per technical experts of samsung & Amazon this is normal.

I think samsung should not sale this product with this feature of normal heating

dear mam it may cause because of any third party apps. All you can do that keep all your apps to sleep in Device care . And turn off "allow background activity" of third party apps. And once try wipe cache partition, this will remove junk and temporary files. And if heats then tell me
