M21. application crashed SBI DOC SCANNER

I m unable to use my sbi doc scanner. Become when I click the photo and convert into pdf format suddenly application is crashed 

So please solve my this problems as soon as possible

it's an app problem.. uninstall it and download it again. or else clear the cache

once long press on that app icon >app info (ibutton) >storage >clear cache and data restart your device then try
