M21 WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity

I'm using Samsung m21. I already had posted regarding major issues in this community and I have visited service center too. I was asked to wait for next update and even after the 2.1 update WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity problem still persists. Though camera and other gesture problems are resolved.

1. It still does not connect to my MSI laptop via Bluetooth. 

2. Wifi automatically gets disconnects after a while and, "WiFi keeps disconnecting" message pops up in the notification bar.

1) For Bluetooth, did you try to set your laptop Bluetooth visibility on and search from phone Bluetooth and connect ?
2) Is same wifi is working properly with other devices/phones ?

Try to do reset network settings.
If that also doesn't help then you have to raise issue with Samsung service center again and demand replacement this time.

It is not any single set procedure but lot of follow up.

1) In Samsung Members App, Go to Get Help section, Try 2 options , Remote support and Call Customer service.

In both cases , tell them whole thing and that you have already visited service center.
Get reference or complaint number.

2) In Samsung Members app, top right notifications icon, notices. open notice regarding WhatsApp support. Log issue there as well.

3) Samsung member application > Click on get help > Send feedback > Ask question.
Select appropriate category, write details and send.

4) Write emails detailing whole issue by mentioning when you purchased, which product, when issue started, when you visited service center, when you got phone back.
Clearly mention that issue is not resolved and you need either replacement of device OR refund.

5) Simultaneously you can tag Samsung India twitter ,Facebook and other social medial handles as well.

All may seem tedious and boring but with consistent followup many people have got refund coupon from Samsung which can be used to buy another Samsung phone.

If you don't get satisfactory reply then approach consumer forum , which is easy nowadays.

hey do one thing in samsung members app > get help Tab > interactive checks > check ur bt and wifi.

WiFi result showed normal and generally also it stays connected but after few minutes everytime WiFi gets automatically disconnected and connects by itself. And yes in other phone WiFi works fine. It's only my device's problem. But in Bluetooth still it's not connecting. here's the attachment. And my laptop too is connecting with other devices. Previously also I had realme 5 and it was working very smooth.

I'm a CS student. I did whatever I could thought of. Tried turning on/off background WiFi searching turning, automatically connect and disconnect if the internet is not stable and all kind of stuffs. It didn't help.

I didn't ask you what you were studying.
I asked 2 basic questions and you didn't answer those.
If you think you have done all and still issues are not solved then please visit samsung service center.
May be there is fault in your device.

that's the first thing anyone would do that you suggested. i was hoping for real solution.
and i did went to service center too. they just updated the software.

So now you have valid reason for getting replacement OR refund as issue is still not solved.
Follow up with Samsung Support for that.
