M21 Call Recording issues

I hv set call recording option thru 'Call seeing.. Recording calls.. Auto recording..' 

However, all calls are not getting recorded.. Only few are getting recorded in my M21 Mobile.

Request gor help..

Kindly note even if you set to record all calls still calls which are made through wifi calling the calls wouldn't be recorder

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work

The call recording feature is only supported during a voice call and it’s not available during Wi-Fi calling or VoWiFi call.

It’s a normal operation of Call recording feature on Samsung mobile devices, and it’s not a defect.
