M21 Apps crash issue

I haven't noticed any issue while using my phone but still Device care is showing apps crash issue history.

How's this even possible?

the dialog box which shows that app has stopped working must be off...in developer options.... 4th option...

I have not enabled developer option on my phone.
should i enable this?
will this issue can damage my device in future?

enabling developer options does not do any damage to the device...

about the option.... I have not tried it myself but m sure that enabling it won't do any serious damage to the device...
