i have two solution that worked for me 1 connect to a wifi and set this wifi network as unmetered and internet speed need more than 1mbps 2 in this method you need to reset your phone and when setting up it after restart you need to follow these steps a..select bring yor data from old devices and then it ask to download smart switch b..after download smart switch it says to connect device via usb or wifi so go back one step and select not uses old device c...after doing this when you login with gmail it shows your backup on Google like contacts apps if you not have enough data only selecting contact download your backup d...after download complete your setup done
before resetting make your contacts backup on Google if you not have any backup
i advise to sellect only contacts when restoring during setup not select apps they need more time to restoring second method works 100% if you follow steps correctly
