M20 display problem

I bought Samsung M20 recently and now i am facing hectic issue with the device. The devoce display is automatically responding and doing things randomly ( typing, opening apps). When i contacted a service center,  they tried with reinstalling software.  But still i am facing the same issue. Can someone assist me

hi Sir, visit service center and ask them to update latest TSP firmware, the issue will resolve
