I put my samsung m20 on charge at 12 noon and till 4 in the afternoon it was charged only 80 percent. I even tried to plug charger again but it won't go any further and is still stuck at 80 percent only. Basically it is not charging till 100 percent even after putting it on charge for a long time
Thankyou bhai it worked. My phone got charged uptill 100%. But i dont know if it will work if i charge it from 15% or again i have to drain it to 0%. let's see....
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check connectivity Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
2. Charge the device Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
