The notifications on this phone does not come in Chronological sorted way. There is bug in the UI. Tried reset and even upgrade from android 12 to 13 with ui change. The issue was raised with Samsung India many times since purchase of mobile but they are not registering the bug , They just closing issue without sending any mail or sms or call. Without the bug report a patch can not come. Samsung Pl do not try to avoid the patch work just because mobile is in cheaper segment. I already planning to go for another brand as the basic feature is creating issue for me.
Since 5 weeks Samsung India is not acknowledging the bug, they just closing the issue raised and everytime i talk again they never tell if they tested . It seems for Indian customer they do want to spend time for testing on another m04 although it's 5 min Job. BUT Samsung wants me to test the same on another piece of M04, means for their testing , I need to increase their sale.
