i got my new samsung m51 samsung mobile from Amazon on October first week and it work smoothly till last Friday and then all of a sudden the error message which shows on the image popups and I can't do any functionality in mobile.Is any one facing same issue like me? I contacted both Amazon and samsung customer service via call and face to face in samsung service center also..samsung customer service tells that this issue from Amazon side...and when contacted amzon they didn't know anything about the issue...what will I do?and I have a lot of questions.

1.What is the reason for the issues?

2.how Amazon can lock my mobile?

3.is the issue is threat for our privacy and security?

4. How will the issue fix?

I don't work for samsung or Amazon. but have you tried a factory reset? also did you download software from anywhere apart from play store?

Yes I tried factory reset several times..no use.i didn't download any software from outside of play store

how did you contact? means sent email or over call? from your order section

and did you contact Samsung?

have you bought this phone on EMI? if yes,amazon can lock your device,if you fail to pay the emi

Yeah I bought this phone on emi..but there is no issue on emi payment..if the problem due to payment failure then Amazon will surely notified me because I contacted them several times within two days about the issue
