Ok I got it, you have to reset your all settings and things will fixed up. 👍

Please get sure your WALLPAPER AND STYLE is up to date in Galaxy Store.

Afterwards issue still persists then you can try to reset all settings
" Goto settings > general management > reset > reset all Settings."
