Galaxy MNote 10+ USA user here, camera version 11.0.02.97. Portrait mode is not the same as live focus. It is similar but not the same. Portrait mode is center weighted (looking for a face) and requires 3-5 feet distance from the subject. Off center and close-up shots are not possible. Also, some users suggested accessing the camera mode settings (isn't there), long press on Photo (doesn't work), or adjust background after taking picture (isn't there). Live focus was a very popular feature and Samsung removed it. They didn't rename it or package it under a different feature. Please bring it back.
